Mizzou-Colorado Game To Kick At 6 p.m. On Oct. 9th

Columbia, Mo. – The University of Missouri football game in Columbia on Oct. 9th against the Colorado Buffaloes will kick at 6 p.m. (central time) and will be televised live on Fox Sports Net. The selection was announced today by the Big 12 Conference office as part of its weekly television picks for games that weekend.

This will mark the second cable telecast for Mizzou this season, following the season opener against Illinois, which was also on Fox Sports Net. The game will mark the 20th anniversary (just three days to the exact date) of the infamous 5th Down Game, which was played at Faurot Field on Oct. 6th, 1990. It will also mark the last scheduled appearance in Columbia by Colorado, as the Buffaloes are departing the Big 12 for the Pac-10 Conference, starting next year.

A promotional sale is underway for the Colorado game which offers fans a 4-pack of South end zone bleacher seats for just $144 (just $36 apiece, nearly $20 lower than the regular price of $55 for reserved seats for the game).

To purchase tickets to the Colorado game, or future home games against Oklahoma (Oct. 23) and Kansas State (Nov. 13), visit or call 1-800-CAT PAWS.
